Kuih Bakar Pandan




Ingredients:-
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of pandan juice(or water + pandan essence)
  • 2 cups of plain flour
  • 21/4 cups of coconut milk(450ml) me just use 2 small boxes of santan-400ml
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • green colour
  • sesame seeds
Method:-
  • Put all the ingredients in blender and blend.
  • Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in 10" loyang
  • Preheat oven and put the loyang in oven. When the oil dah panas, put in the mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake@ 175 degress till brown or crispy.( I baked for 90 mins to get that top and sides brownish-burnt taste.
  • *hana letak bijan, selepas separuh masa membakar. so bijan xde la hitam sgt! :)
