    DON’T SLEEP WITH BRA
  3. Scientists in America have discoveredthose that wear bras for more than 12hours have a higher risk of gettingbreast cancer. So go to bed without it.
    DON’T SLEEP WITH PHONE

Putting the phone beside your bed oranywhere near you is not encouraged.Though some of us will use phones asalarm clocks, but pleaseput the phone as far as possible.Scientists have proved that electricalitems including mobile phone andtelevision sets emit magnetic waves whenused. These waves can causedisruptions to our nervous system.Therefore if you need to put your mobilephone near you, switch it off first.

  5. People who sleep with make up mighthave skin problems in the long run.Sleeping with make up will cause theskin to have difficulty in breathing andproblem in perspiring You will also needa much longer time to go into deep sleep.
