Ingredients:-
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of pandan juice(or water + pandan essence)
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 21/4 cups of coconut milk(450ml) me just use 2 small boxes of santan-400ml
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- green colour
- sesame seeds
- Put all the ingredients in blender and blend.
- Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in 10" loyang
- Preheat oven and put the loyang in oven. When the oil dah panas, put in the mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake@ 175 degress till brown or crispy.( I baked for 90 mins to get that top and sides brownish-burnt taste.
